|Recommended: YesFor the price, these are great apartments Worth the price — The staff is very accommodating and easy to work with and will answer any questions especially for a first-time apartment renter. There are minor things that are hard to deal with in these apartments mostly because the buildings are older. The two things that have been the worst is that I can't get phone reception in my apartment and I can hear a lot between the walls mostly from upstairs rather than on the sides . the updated apartments are very nice. Another thing I didn't know coming here was that there was a lot of smoke smells coming from the heater and a c units. Some maintenance issues, but the maintanecn come quickly to fix anything. Lastly, I'm on the ground floor and unlike other ground floor apartments, there is dirt around my windows, so when it rains, I get a lot of dirt that comes up onto my windows so I can never always keep my windows clear. Other than that, I enjoy living here, a great layout to work with for decor and furniture.

|Recommended: YesNice living space — The area is decently quiet although I will warn that parking is in an open space and can be limited at times. Leasing services are decent and if you have a maintenance request they will be there as soon as they can.

|Recommended: YesIt's definitely worth it. — I would recommend anyone to live at Westview. I've enjoyed my time here so far. For the price and everything that is within walking distance or a short drive you can't beat it. The apartments are the perfect size and the grounds are well kept. You definitely can't beat having the highway so close and having the Metro Parks in walking distance. It's the prime location.

|Recommended: Yes4 Month Review — This is a good spot for the price and most of life's necessities are within walking distance. If you want something simple and affordable I recommend giving the leasing office a call visit. My low ranking on the construction quality is mostly impacted by the age of the buildings as they were built in the 50s and shouldn't be compared to other more recently built properties. Better carpet and carpet padding along with updated cabinets would increase my rating to 4 5. I don't experience any noise disturbances that are a problem but that may vary depending on who your neighbors are. I live on the top floor so I can't comment on the sound insulation for units with tenants above.

|Recommended: YesThis place is great — The office staff could not possibly be better work with and live with. They know us by name and sometimes when I call they know exactly who I am before I state my name. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Lol Maintenance is wonderfully professional and courteous. I wish we could have a dishwasher but that's really the only bad thing I can think of. The grounds always look perfectly maintained. I always recommend Westview to anyone looking for a low-rent apartment community.

|Recommended: YesGreat community — The staff in the leasing office and the maintenance crew are very helpful. Grounds are kept in amazing shape. My only complaint is the noise level but the buildings are older and that is to be expected.
