Thank you for your review. We do have some units with more updated cabinets and even some with granite countertops so we can discuss transferring you closer to your lease expiring. Please let us know if you would like more information on these units when that time comes. As for the hallway carpet, we are re-plastering and painting all of the hallways and laundry rooms this year and the carpet will be replaced after these updates are complete.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful — Coming from Upstate New York, I am staying in Parma for school. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are very friendly. Everything is kept looking nice and the managers workers are extremely personable. I have not been disappointed yet

|Recommended: YesLove it here — Great property, well maintained and it's an amazing location. Right across the street from a Metropark and just minutes from I-480. I live in a remodeled one-bedroom and it's spacious, modern, and comfortable. Management and maintenance have been great so far.
