|Recommended: YesIt great, just little small but pricewise is good — This is a great place. You are nearby nearly every store restaurant you can think of. Walmart is a walking distance. The only downsize of this property the towing company and police is really HAWKEYE on your car, when they should just leave it alone. It like the police has nothing better to do but to rack up money by looking at your cars and fining you.
response from property -Thank you for your review! The only cars that should be targeted are ones with expired plates, flat tires or that just don't move at all for extended periods of time. This is in an attempt to maximize parking availability for the rest of our residents. Hopefully your experience has improved since you submitted your review.
|Recommended: YesBeautiful apartments next to the park are affordable — They are very affordable and there is plenty of grass for kids to play The staff is super friendly. It's nice to be across the street from Sam's Club and Walmart.

|Recommended: YesBeen here for 4 years. have have minor to no issues at all — the way I see it Parma is in the middle of everything I can get to pretty much anywhere I'm going in under a half hour. gas, food, entertainment. and the Highway are very close by. plus with the addition of the metroparks being right across the street is an added bonus.

|Recommended: YesI like it here — Mostly quiet. Everyone pretty much have the same schedule. Clean no bed bugs. My favorite part is the clean playground for my children. Professional staff.
